Please remember that children should not have nuts or items containing nuts in their packed lunches. We have several children in our school who have severe nut allergies and just being in the same room as someone eating nuts can trigger a dangerous, life threatening allergic reaction.
Our catering manager ensures that there are no nuts in any of the food that is prepared and cooked on site.
We all know that children love crisps and chocolate, but if you use the following charts you’ll find it easy to create healthy, tasty lunches for your children. Each day choose ONE item from each section for a balanced lunch.
