All Educational Experiences are currently cancelled due to Covid – 19 until further notice.
Educational experiences are not only a fun experience for your child but they form part of your child’s curriculum and therefore all children are expected to participate. The Education Reform Act puts an onus on schools to ensure parents are aware that any payment for trips/visits are a voluntary contribution, however, without the funding the experiences may not be able to go ahead. If you are experiencing difficulties in meeting the cost of an educational experience, please speak to Mrs Osborne in the school office as soon as possible.
During these difficult times, some families may have found their circumstances have changed, if you feel you may now be eligible for certain benefits, you may also be entitled to Pupil Premium funding for your child if they are in Reception to Year 6.
This funding can on occasion and by agreement from a member of Ryvers Senior Leadership Team be used to help towards the cost of educational experiences.
