As schools have re-opened this Autumn term, the Slough Family Information Service wanted to take the opportunity to remind you of their service. They would like to reach out and offer their help and support to you, especially with regards to the current pandemic.
The Family Information Service is an integral part of the Early Help Offer at Slough Borough Council.
Children and families can benefit from the wide range of information and advice that we can provide regarding family services in Slough and for children aged 0-19 years. These services range from Early Help, Send Support, Health and Wellbeing, Family Support Services alongside Leisure/Things to do amongst others.
The Family Information Service would often come into schools to offer an outreach service at events such as parent evenings, induction days, coffee morning etc. This as you know is not possible at present and new ways of working have to be considered.
